This piece is a book of memories, a collection of items that captures the precious moments I had with my late popo and gonggong (grandma and grandpa). There are handmade birthday cards popo and gonggong sent me for my birthdays over the years, a pattern design that mildly resembles Penrose fractals from the quilt popo made for me when I was a child, handcraft designs Popo and I made together… Memories scattered across my childhood, adolescent, and young adult years condensed in this book, accompanied by a video documenting me caressing these precious memories.

Popo and gonggong were my guardians, my friends, my role models, my source of courage and wisdom. With their love and inspiration, I look up to the future.
